Dr Vanessa Phua has history of training in ophthalmology and aesthetic medicine internationally. Trained as an ophthalmologist in England and Singapore, Dr Vanessa Phua has a microsurgical background with an interest in oculoplastics. This later piqued her interest in aesthetic medicine, which encompasses both anti-ageing as well as rejuvenation, with minimal down-time.

 

Her foray into aesthetic medicine commenced in 2004; she trained at various aesthetic institutes, including the UC Davis Aesthetic Medicine/ Dermatology department in San Francisco, receiving her discipleship from renowned plastic surgeons, Dr Nikolay Serdev in the Aesthetic Medicine and Cosmetic Surgery department at the New University of Bulgaria, Professor Narong Nimsakul at the Insititute of Modern Medicine, Thailand, and has also attended various other courses internationally. She is also a Happy Lift Certified by world renowned plastic surgeon, Dr Ciro Accardo (Naples, Italy), EZ threadlift and Silhouette Threadlift certified.
